Sammy

Sammy is one of the original members of our herd—a stunning buckskin with Arabian and Quarter Horse heritage. Sensitive and deeply intuitive, Sammy naturally steps into the role of sentinel, always alert and watchful, ensuring the safety and well-being of her herd.

Her gentle, intelligent presence makes her a favorite among clients in our therapy programs. Sammy often approaches quietly, breathing softly to connect, and offering powerful lessons in self-awareness and healthy boundaries. As a horse with a strong sense of self, she expresses her needs clearly—especially when it comes to her personal space or enjoying her hay.

While she’s currently away for training this summer, Sammy remains an important and beloved member of our herd, and we look forward to welcoming her back soon.
